About online booking
The online booking is a system for receiving booking request. Those will be manually processed by the pension's personnel. We will answer your request in 48 hours maximum. Our answer is a touristic proposal with a limited validity and you should confirm your booking in a useful time, so that we can proceed your request.

The pension's personnel will answer you through the contact dates from the online booking form. We will answer your request in 48 hours. Please check your e-mail during this time.

The answer validity period
The booking request answer has a validity period of 24 hours. This period starts from the moment you receive our answer by e-mail or by phone. After those 24 hours the pension does not guarantee the validity of the touristic proposal.
The booking confirmation
Please confirm your booking in a useful time, so that we can proceed the touristic proposal from our answer to you. After the validity period you can send another online booking form or you can contact us directly.
